Meeting Room Analogy

When we look at the description of this meeting room we see that the similarities of meeting rooms are identified (e.g. how many seats they can hold for different layouts). In this case the structure is fairly simple, there are no major dependencies between the attributes.

The attributes of this analogy suit our purpose of holding a conference. In contrast, if we asked the people who clean this room to describe it they may mention position and number of electric points for floor cleaners and how many desk surfaces need to be wiped down. Purpose has an important part to play in the choice of analogy.
